Spinner Hanger machines are most versatile and suitable for a wide range of components and production demands. The various models offered can cater from 150 kgs / hanger to up to 1 MT/hanger of production rate. The machine is available as standard batch type with single or double door with one hanger each door.
The spinner hanger type machines are also available in a continuous type with overhead conveyor and turnstile design.

Suitable For

The machine consists of one or more turbine units, abrasive handling system, shot filtration system, vibro-sieve for shot size classification and a precise shot flow control valve. The machine is also equipped with a dedicated cartridge type dust collector for dust removal. The components travel on custom configured conveyors. In case of coil springs suitable spiral motion of the springs is generated through the adjustable/fixes inclination of the Diablo rollers. The conveyor line speed can be controlled by the VFD in order to achieve the desired results. The process parameters can be adjusted and monitored through the machine interface with advanced capabilities like report generation, SCADA, etc.

No moving parts and no maintenance required.
The shot flow can be precisely set from the control unit.
The actual flow is displayed on the control unit screen.
No additional source like compressed air, etc required for its operation.
24Vdc operated.
Shot Flow Sensor ensures that the set shot flow rate is actually achieved.
Can be used for any magnetic abrasive media.
The valve will give an error alarm and can trip the machine if the flow rate varies beyond the user specified limit.
