Roller Conveyor type machines are suitable for flat parts, steel plates, steel sections and huge fabricated/cast structures. The components continuously pass through the blast chamber and are cleaned from all sides. Precicut offers a wide range of roller type machines ranging from 2 blast wheels to 16 blast wheels and for component width ranging from 500mm up to 2,500mm.
The machine is extremely robust in construction in order to handle continuous production and heavy components. The roller conveyor is design as per individual requirement and varies from standard steel rollers to skew rollers for spiral motion. The machines can be supplied as stand alone units or as complete preservation line.

The shot flow can be precisely set from the control unit.
The actual flow is displayed on the control unit screen.
No additional source like compressed air, etc required for its operation.
24Vdc operated.
Shot Flow Sensor ensures that the set shot flow rate is actually achieved.
Can be used for any magnetic abrasive media.
The valve will give an error alarm and can trip the machine if the flow rate varies beyond the user specified limit.
