Precicut Table type wheel blast machines are truly universal type machines. The various models offered can cater from 150 kgs / table to up to 3 MT/table of production rate. The machine mainly consists of a turn-table on which the components are loaded. Since there is no relative movement between the parts these machines are suitable for shot blasting fragile components. The table span can be selected as per production demand or as per job size for large components.
The machine does not require any hangers or fixtures and hence can be used to blast clean any type of component or a product mix at once. The machine manufacturing is precise so that it can be easily integrated with automated or robotic loading/unloading systems.

TT Series: Table mounted on door with single door and double door option.
TS Series: Double Table Turnstile Type. Two tables are mounted on central pillar 180 degrees apart. One table is always inside the blast chamber and second one is outside for loading /unloading. The partition wall between the two tables seals the chamber during blasting. The central pillar is indexed by 180 degrees to bring out the processed table and to load the new table simultaneously.
TC Series: Single Table inside the blast chamber A single table is mounted inside the blast chamber and the machine is equipped with one or more blast wheels. This arrangement is ideal for low to medium volume production and to process large components.

Euom Valve® is a cost effective and ultra modern shot flow control valve that uses an ingenious approach to achieve shot flow control. The valve operates on the theory of electro-magnetism

No moving parts and no maintenance required.
The shot flow can be precisely set from the control unit.
The actual flow is displayed on the control unit screen.
No additional source like compressed air, etc required for its operation.
24Vdc operated.
Shot Flow Sensor ensures that the set shot flow rate is actually achieved.
Can be used for any magnetic abrasive media.
The valve will give an error alarm and can trip the machine if the flow rate varies beyond the user specified limit.
